The Insignia Project has proved to be a powerful marketing tool for Opel at an extremely difficult time for the car industry. At the end of 2008, in the depths of the recession, the new Opel Insignia launched and as a result of insigniaproject.ie Opel dealer showrooms across Ireland were buzzing. This project clearly shows the power of work in the virtual world to create real world results.

The initial brief of was to create a site as part of a campaign to tease and excite the car buying public about the arrival of the new Opel Insignia, which broke new ground for Opel as a model both technically and stylistically.

Since the site proved so successful at this task, it was repurposed after the car launch to encourage visitors to take a test drive.
