io has undertaken a range of branding, design and digital campaigns for CityJet, a subsidiary of Air France KLM Group and one of the largest airlines in the world.
In late 2009, io launched CityJet's premium economy sub-brand, CityPlus.
CityPlus is an affordable and fully flexible approach to business travel that ensures passengers are in control of their own time and travel.
We created the CityPlus brand from scratch; devising and testing the name, position and tone of voice. We created a full suite of ads, which targeted the typical business traveler.
An extensive photo shoot was required before we rolled out the campaign online, in national press, and in trade press.
The CityPlus launch was also supported via a direct marketing collateral and a business to business campaign, targeting purchasing managers and personal assistants.
We also created an extensive range of internal communications to explain the CityPlus brand to CityJet staff. These covered Power Point presentations, promotional emails, posters, flyers and business cards.
