io isn’t just an advertising agency, and it’s not just a digital agency. It’s a hybrid of the two that works above the line, below the line and online to create effective all-channel assaults.

We have a unique approach, one that’s at odds with the typical modus operandi of advertising and communications agencies. We don’t push our clients’ brands at consumers, or ram them down their throats. This only serves to make consumers wary and cynical; many now deliberately avoid commercial messaging in traditional media.

We believe in something different. It's called Intelligent Dialogue or io id.

io id creates an ongoing dialogue with consumers, which offers opportunities for our clients’ brands. All effective media channels are used to initiate the relationship, and once we get talking to them, we don't bombard them. We look to understand their lives and develop the messages that will draw them towards a particular brand. If that sounds warm and fluffy, it's because it should be. The best relationships work that way.
